First time homeowner here….which means I thought people would tell me what I want to hear to get what they want….NOT Juanita….I trusted her and she was just what I needed….she was honest and up front about everything….she was flexible and with me being on the road alot I needed flexibility….she was smart and had alot of knowledge and I needed someone to lead the way….she was a therapist at times when I felt the process was getting stressful she calmed me and reassured me I got this….she was a stranger that became a friend and I thank her for making my home buying process memorable.
